Production Time

Every dress is made to order. Standard production time is 4–5 weeks from the moment your order and measurements are confirmed.

Need your dress sooner? Get in touch before ordering. We can often accommodate rush production — just tell us your date and we'll confirm what's possible.

Delivery Time

Once your dress is finished, shipping takes from a few days up to 14 days, depending on your location.

The exact estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout as soon as you select your shipping destination.

Express Shipping

Express delivery is available at checkout for 1–4 day transit times.

Express shipping affects transit only — it does not shorten the 4–5 week production time. If you need the complete order faster, contact us about rush production as well.

Customs & Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country, and we are unable to calculate or refund them in advance.
