1. Return Window: You have 3 days (72 hours) from the official delivery date specified by the shipment forwarder to request a return for your item. This ensures that you have sufficient time to inspect your purchase and determine if it meets your needs.

2. Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified 3-day window. You can reach us through support@amberbride.com. We will require your order number.

3. Return Approval: Once we receive your return request and verify its eligibility, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item must meet the conditions outlined in this policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Shipping the Item Back: After your return request has been granted, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days. It is essential to use a reputable shipping method, as you will be responsible for the safe return of the item to our facility. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Item Condition and Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange, as per your request and our available stock. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and exchanges will be subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Customized wedding dresses are non-returnable except for defective goods. Please contact us at support@amberbride.com to make sure if your item can be returned.

8. Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
