How can I track my order status?

Can I try on dresses at a physical store?
No, we don't have a physical store. We are an online-only boutique, which allows us to offer our unique designs directly to you.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! You can enter your address at checkout to see the shipping cost for your country.

How long will it take to make my dress?
Our production time is typically 4-5 weeks, though it can vary slightly depending on the dress model you choose and our current order volume.

What are the shipping times?
Standard shipping takes about 1-2 weeks after your dress is made. If you need it sooner, we offer express shipping, which takes up to 3 business days.

What's your return policy?
We have a 3-day return policy. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your dress, and then you'll have an additional 7 days to ship it back to us. For more details, please see our full policy here: Return Policy.

Can your dress models be customized?
Yes, in most cases, they can. Please send us your specific request, and we'll let you know if it's possible and what the next steps are.

Do you offer custom designs?
We specialize in modifying our existing models, but we don't currently offer fully custom designs from scratch.

How do I choose the correct size for my dress?
The best way to get the perfect fit is to use our detailed measuring guide and size chart, which you can find here: Sizing. We highly recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to the chart, as sizing can vary between brands.

Wrong address on my order, can you change it?
Yes, we can. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address so we can update it before it ships.
