What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I am from EU. Will I have to pay import taxes for my purchase?
No. The dress will be sent from within the European Union, so you will not incur any additional import taxes.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Our wedding dresses are made-to-order, so please allow 3-5 weeks production time for your dresses to ship out. You will receive an email notification immediately upon the shipment of your dress, along with a tracking number enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 days. Longer times if shipped to other locations than the US and Europe.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@amberbride.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one before the dress is shipped. No refund will be given after the dress is shipped.


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee. We give you 3 days to contact us and additional 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. For more information please check our Return Policy
