Ordering & production

How long will it take to make my dress?

Every dress is handmade to order. Production takes 4–5 weeks from the moment your order and measurements are confirmed.

Can I get my dress sooner?

Often, yes. Get in touch before ordering, tell us the date you need your dress by, and we'll confirm whether rush production is possible. Email us.

Can I try on dresses at a physical store?

We're an online-only boutique, so there's no store to visit. Working without a showroom lets us offer handmade dresses at accessible prices, and with custom sizing your dress can be made to your exact measurements.

Sizing

How do I choose the correct size?

Measure your bust, waist and hips following our measuring guide, then compare them with the size chart. Sizing varies between brands, so go by your measurements rather than your usual size. Want a quick answer? Try Find my size.

What if I'm between sizes?

Choose the larger size, or select Custom on the dress page and enter your measurements. We'll make the dress to fit you.

How does custom sizing work?

Select Custom in the size options and enter your bust, waist, hips and height (measured in bare feet). For floor-length dresses and dresses with a train, we add 2 in (≈5 cm) so the length is right with heels.

Customization

Can I customize my dress?

Yes, most of our dresses can be adjusted: neckline, sleeves, back, length and more. Choose from the options on the dress page or describe your idea in the “Your vision” field. For bigger changes, write to us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible. Please note that the colors of our floral appliqués can't be changed.

Do you make fully custom designs?

We specialize in adapting our existing designs, so we don't create dresses from scratch. Many of our brides find their dream dress by combining a design they love with a few personal changes.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 37 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. See the full list of countries. Don't see yours? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?

Once your dress is ready, delivery takes from a few days up to 14 days, depending on your location. You'll see the exact estimate for your country at checkout. Express shipping (1–4 days) is also available.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Within the EU, no. US orders ship from within the US, so there are no customs fees. For other countries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer.

How can I track my order?

You can check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

I entered the wrong address. Can you change it?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we'll update it before your dress ships.

Returns

What's your return policy?

Dresses in the original design and a standard size can be returned. Request your return within 7 days of receiving your dress, then you'll have another 7 days to send it back. Custom-sized and customized dresses are made just for you and can't be returned. Read the full return policy.

1Bust

  • This is not your bra size.
  • Wear an unpadded bra (your dress has a built-in bra).
  • Relax arms at your sides.
  • Measure across the fullest part of the bust.

2Waist

  • Find your natural waist, the smallest part.
  • Usually about 1 in (≈2.5 cm) above the belly button.
  • Keep the tape slightly loose.

3Hips

  • Measure the widest part of the hips.
  • Usually about 7 in (≈18 cm) below the natural waist.
  • The tape should brush both hipbones.

4Height (bare feet)

  • Stand straight, feet together.
  • Measure from the top of the head to the floor.

5Hollow to floor (bare feet)

  • Stand straight, feet together.
  • Measure from the hollow between the collarbones straight down to the floor.

Note: To fit high heels, we add an extra 2 in (≈5 cm) to custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains.
